Weather Can't Stop Us!

Friday night turned out to be an effortless night for Helen and Sue. Sue kindly helped Helen begin to get packed for the Spain trip she's taking with the 'girls'. They looked at the dragonfly's lights twinkling in the garden, hung in Maddie's honor, and enjoyed each other's company.

Tonight the girls (Helen's girls) are all together! Hayden made everyone a Cosmo! They are excited to get to Spain.

Off they go!

Meanwhile, in Ireland, Joe and Elaine are fully enjoying Belmullet! Strange happenings led to a valuable learning experience. Suffice it to say, the two were meant to do a walking tour of Belmullet with Neal and Alchemy Tours.

Belmullet exceeds expectations in many ways. There are great people, lovely shops, good food and drink, and spectacular sights. It is worth a visit even if you don't have a family lineage that leads here!

Evening for Elaine and Joe was filled with food. This food was of the island, mussels, and lamb. It was wonderful.

Oh, and there was a pineapple, honey cheesecake for dessert! That is not an American idea for sure! Unique, it was, to the evening and experience!
