Love in different locations

Starting the day in Chester, Elaine and Helen went to Marks and Spencer for a morning tea toast and a scone (with a flat white coffee). Then they took the train to Leamington Spa and that was an adventure! The trip landed them in first class, quite by accident, for the first train leg! That is a story to be told! Just ask them!

Helen went to visit her friend Lynn and Elaine was off to stay with her cousin's sister-in-law, Carol (and is spending tons of time with all of them). Both are having a brilliant (as the English say) time!

Helen dined on a delicious meal made by her friend and spent time sitting on the bench near Maddie's tree, playing fetch with Oriele (the 11-year-old English Spaniel, retired bomb-sniffing dog).

Elaine chatted for hours with her cousin, Rod, and found out there are so many things they share, and have in common, because their moms (mums) were very close sisters (in age and everything). They dined on delicious fish and chips takeaway and went to the Irish Club for a Guinness. Rod and Kathy's kids are the best and all visited with Elaine. They even made her a banner to welcome her. This was one of the most touching moments of her life, truly!
